Two hundred events in eighteen months. Without a single public review.
Companies don't leave Google reviews about catering. But if every event gets a personalised mini-site after dinner, guests talk about it at the office on Monday.
Client: Italy On Demand Catering — Milan, HQ Via Ponte Vetero 11
Corporate catering is an industry without public reviews. Companies don't leave 5-star Google reviews after a product-launch lunch. But word-of-mouth inside the company is everything. The problem: how do you make 30 dinner guests remember your name the Monday after, without paid social ads?
The solution
01
Personalised post-event mini-site
Each event has its URL: italyondemand.store/eventi/[event-slug]. Photo gallery from our photographer, served menu, anonymised guest quotes.
02
Automated recap email + WhatsApp share
Three days after the event, every guest gets an email with photos and the site link. A WhatsApp button to share it with colleagues who missed the dinner.
03
Client-facing stats — Resend webhook driven
The client company sees how many people opened the email and clicked through. Perceived catering value doubles.
