Frequently asked questions

How much notice do you need?
For private dinners up to 30 guests, 7-10 days is enough. For weddings and corporate events above 50 guests we recommend at least 4 weeks, so we can build the menu together and run tastings.
Do you cover areas outside Milan?
We operate primarily in the Milan metropolitan area. For events in Lombardy, Piedmont and Veneto we evaluate case by case — just ask, we'll tell you immediately whether it's feasible.
How does the post-event mini-site work?
After every event we build a dedicated page with a professional photo gallery, kitchen behind-the-scenes video, and a section where your guests can leave a message. It stays online indefinitely — it's our memory of the event, and yours.
Can I see the menu before confirming?
Always. For events above 30 guests we also run a free tasting at our space on Via Ponte Vetero. You try 4-5 dishes and decide with the chef what makes the final menu.
How do you choose the chefs?
We work only with chefs under 25 from Italy's top culinary schools. Selection is based on technique, attitude, and the ability to hold up under pressure on the night. Every young chef is always paired with a senior with at least 10 years of experience.
