Ordina was born in Italy in 2025 from one frustration: every time a guest ordered, the waiter retyped it on the till, the kitchen lost a ticket, and the dining room slowed down at peak time.
We chose to focus on Italian and European restaurants — places where the menu changes often, where staff turnover is real, where guests speak four languages at one table on a Saturday night.
Our principles are simple: privacy by default (your data lives in the EU), ownership by default (no per-order commission, you keep the relationship with the guest), and design by default (a tool that doesn't add steps to the busiest moment of the night).

Software should disappear during service.
If the cook has to look up at the screen twice, we've already lost. Every interaction is one tap or none.
Restaurateurs deserve their own data.
